Located in the corner of the northern Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, the master-planned resort community of Costa Elena has just debuted a first look at its new Beach Club. Secreted within a low-density development founded on conservation and sustainable practices, the Beach Club reflects sleek lines and modern design that complement its natural landscape. The community’s first private Beach Club stands on sugar-white sand sheltered by jungle greenery with a sleek infinity pool, a variety of intimate lounge spaces, thatched roof palapas and beach restaurant.

Created with biophilic influence, the brand-new Beach Club was designed by the Texas based firm FAB Studio, creating eye-catching spaces for lounging and recreation. Carefully selected materials include texturized concrete for walls and columns and timber for pergolas and roofs to create a well-balanced and sophisticated style. Designed with the purpose of creating an outdoor space that highlights Costa Rica’s natural beauty, the Beach Club features native evergreen trees such the beach almond tree, capulin tree, and seasonal floral trees such as trumpet trees, plumerias and calliandras. Carefully orchestrated to leave a gentle footprint on the environment, the community’s design policy promotes a DARK SKY policy to protect sea turtles.

As the latest luxury resort community developed by Nicaraguan entrepreneur and philanthropist Don Carlos Pellas and Pellas Development Group, Costa Elena stretches across 3,000 untouched acres and ten miles of pristine coastline. Costa Elena residents who relax at the Beach Club can enjoy the destination’s exquisite natural beach, for which the community is Blue Flag certified for its beach cleanliness.
